ICCIRA SEEKS PARTNERS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, BLOCKCHAIN, AND BIG DATA
Field: International Legal, Regulatory, and Constitutional Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and Big Data Ecosystems within the Arts, Culture, Creative, and Entertainment Industries (ACCEI) Legislation.
The International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority (ICCIRA), a non-profit regulatory organisation, is at the forefront of shaping the future of international legislation and regulatory frameworks for the arts, culture, creative industries, and entertainment, through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and Big Data technologies.
ICCIRA aims to establish a decentralised peer-to-peer network that time-stamps and verifies local, national, and international legislation, amendments, and specific provisions. This system is designed to operate independently of a central authority, allowing ICCIRA’s authorised legislative and regulatory teams to record and manage all incoming data within a distributed ledger. This ledger, comprising transactions, linguistic patterns, and secondary information, including case law, creates its own distinct transactional records.
Once verified by the appropriate legislative body, transactions are added to the ledger in the form of a block. The peer-to-peer network of servers (or nodes) is then used to verify these transactions through a distributed system. Once a transaction has been added to the Blockchain, it is immutable. All nodes, which include national regulatory bodies, maintain an open copy of the ICCIRA Blockchain.
Legislative bodies or authorised users ensure that transactions are added to the block only after approval by the relevant authorities. Through this mechanism, ICCIRA’s legal and regulatory AI, Blockchain, and Big Data content, as well as its distributed constitutional and legal frameworks, maintain a secure, verifiable history of data exchanges. The AI, Blockchain, and Big Data frameworks regularly update themselves, ensuring their ongoing relevance.
ICCIRA’s legal and regulatory framework for AI, Blockchain, and Big Data will provide individuals, corporations, institutions, and public entities with access to a cloud-based ACCEI legislation and regulatory ecosystem. This system also enables users to develop their own applications and functions on the Blockchain, while the AI, Blockchain, and Big Data partner companies oversee the system architecture and maintain the infrastructure for all related activities.
Our goal is to create a unified international legal environment for culture, allowing for the presentation of national laws in multiple languages. This will facilitate comparative qualitative research, analysis, and a deeper understanding across jurisdictions.
In this spirit, ICCIRA invites developers specialising in AI, Blockchain, and Big Data to collaborate with us and our partners to contribute to the development of this emerging global cultural and creative ecosystem.
