{"id":2846,"date":"2023-10-07T20:08:29","date_gmt":"2023-10-07T19:08:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iccira.org\/wp\/?p=2846"},"modified":"2023-12-03T20:44:11","modified_gmt":"2023-12-03T19:44:11","slug":"statement-by-iccira-regarding-the-hamas-attack-on-israel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iccira.org\/wp\/?p=2846","title":{"rendered":"Statement By ICCIRA Regarding The Hamas Attack On Israel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full-frontal assault by Hamas and Palestinian groups this Sabbath and the sacred celebration of Simchat Torah mark the beginning of hostilities against Israel.<br>The International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority \u2013 ICCIRA, expresses its solidarity with the people of Israel and strongly condemns the heinous attack by Hamas against the people and the state of Israel.<br>Acts of war and terrorist attacks hinder the ongoing dialogue for peace with established bodies and the efforts of nations to find a solution, placing the responsibility on the shoulders of all the world&#8217;s states.<br>These attacks are not isolated incidents or triggers, but organized, systematic, and inhumane actions aimed at eradicating peace efforts, creating chaos, and declaring war.<br>We call upon all attacking forces to cease fire and urge all involved parties to exercise restraint. 44% of the population in Gaza consists of children aged up to 14 years old, with a significant portion being comprised of women and elderly individuals. In the event of a land war attack or extensive bombardment by Israel, our hearts will also be with the long-suffering Palestinian people.<br>We call on the attacking Hamas and irregular forces to immediately release Israeli hostages and repatriate the deceased from the battlefields to their homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stop the massacre in Israel and
