ICCIRA since its formation in 2015 is encouraging lawmakers to introduce the Cultural Passport and Visa for the Arts, Cultural, Creative and Entertainment Industries – ACCEI actors enabling them to move openly and hustle free, from country to country, validating the par excellence borderless nature of cultural mobility and creativity.
